Sometimes the strength of a solution can be judged by how apt, and adaptable, it is.

We work with many government departments and agencies.

They trust in our ability as an agile partner that can deliver effective campaigns quickly, and reliably.

For example, we completed the Brexit project for the Department of Foreign Affairs which involved producing and delivering 80 press ads, six radio ads and 140 digital ads to media outlets within 72 hours of being briefed on the requirements!

This particular campaign for the Passport Office also demonstrates our ability to collaborate successfully with multiple stakeholders. On this occasion we worked with both the Passport Office and the Department of Foreign Affairs, two distinct entities.

Our task was to change the public perception about passport applications, which was very much stuck in the past and didn’t reflect the new reality.

We had to get across the message that an online application is user-friendly, fast, convenient and secure service. We did just that.

The success of such campaigns is to a great extent due to the hands-on involvement of senior-level, experienced KICK team members. For client, there was a constant point of contact, available at short notice to answer any queries and deal with urgent requests.
